Stamp consisting of a rectangular base and turned black-painted wooden knob handle. The adjustable date is entered as "Apr 03, 1935 p.m." with the 3 in "03" inserted backward. The rest of the stamp reads, "Putnamville". It accompanied by a postmarked envelope illustrating the stamp.
