Square wallpaper-covered box. The wall paper is block-printed with red flowers with green foliage and blue-and-red scrolls. The edges of the box and the corners of the lid are edged with a strip of blue paper. The lid is labeled in pencil with "Mrs. Day", and the bottom of the box is labeled, "1938, about 80 years old made by Olive Hale Barton".
