On the inside is a menu that lists: "prime rib, fresh fish of the day, top sirlion, New York sirloin, petit sirlion, steak kabob, ground sirloin, live Maine lobster, swordfish, shrimp & sirloin, chicken & sirloin, chicken teriyaki, spectacular salad bar. " At the bottom is the list of credit cards the restaurant accepts. "MC, VIS, AMEX, DC" Then the phrase, "The Sirloin Saloon, A Vermont Tradition. On the flap where the matches attach are phone numbers for the three locations. The manufacturer is"Universal Match, 1 800 325-8165 Made in Canada." There are white-tipped matches.Context
