This banner is made of purple satin fabric, with a backing of gold satin. Along the bottom edge of the banner, there is a 3-inch fringe in matching purple. The sides of the banner are adorned with gold overcast stitching. At the top edge of the banner, there is a casing that securely holds a wooden dowel painted in gold. The dowel features pointed ends. To hang the banner, there is a cord attached to each end of the dowel that is accompanied by tassels, which hang from each end and at the center of the hanger.
