4th Vermont Infantry Regiment national flag. Attached to staff with by sleeve. Fringe present. Canton style is rectangular, and is 24 in by 38 in. The stars are gold painted and arranged in a double ellipse. The stripes are extremely faded and measure 5.5 inches wide.
