Gold membership medal consisting of a bar and medallion. The bar is decorated with scrollwork and has the inscription, "MT. ZION COMMANDERY K.T. MONTPELIER VT." and the date 1898. The medallion hangs from the bar by two short chains and is in the shape of a shield.
