Description

Long blue wool coat. The coat secures up the center front with two rows of nine brass buttons each. The buttons are separated into groups of three. The collar and sleeve cuffs are accented with black velvet. There are two rectangular shoulder straps outlined with gold braid and appliqued with two gold stars each. The coat is lined with blue silk satin.
