Description

Tiny porcelain doll with molded clothes. The dress is unpainted (white) with blue lines painted on the hem, sleeve cuffs, and collar. The hair and face are molded and painted (black hair, eyebrows, eyes; pink cheeks; red nose and mouth). The doll is posed standing with its arms bent at the elbow and pointed frontwards.

Context

These dolls were included as promotional toys with candy during the early 20th century. No known VT connection.
