Description

Rectangular can or bottle label. The label is a pale white paper with a red and gold fleur de lis style border at the top and bottom edges. The center of the label has a colored image of figures collecting maple sap in a grove and a log cabin with smoke rising out of the chimney at the left. The label reads, "GREEN MOUNTAIN / BRAND / REG. U.S. / PAT. OFF." in and around a red scroll banner at the top. Below the image are the words, "PURE VERMONT MAPLE SYRUP / CONTENTS 1 GALLON / 11 LBS. NET / PACKED BY / GREEN MOUNTAIN PACKING CO. / ST. ALBANS, VT." in gold, blue, and red script and block printing.
