Insulated metal box with a hinging top lid. The lid hinges upward from two strap hinges on the back edge. Though the lid is not insulated, the rest of the interior is lined in white styrofoam. The front has the inscription, "BOOTH BROS DAIRY", in raised, yellow letters.
