Description

Crazy quilt pieced of silk fabrics in satin, plain, and velvet weaves. The corner of each block is decorated with an orange pompom, and every seam is elaborately embroidered with stitches ranging from blanket stitch to herringbone stitch. A United States flag ribbon has been appliqued on the top row, and a velvet pouch has been appliqued near the center.
