Description

Membership ribbon consisting of a bar, ribbon, and medallion. The ribbon is printed to look like the United States flag. The round medallion is printed with two crossed long guns with attached bayonets and the inscription, "CAMP COL. WEBB", on the top; the numbers 18, 1, and 96 between the guns; and the inscription, "VT. BURLINGTON AUG. 17-22" at the bottom.

Context

Camp Col. Webb was named for William Seward Webb, the inspector general of the Vermont militia.
