The round medallion is printed with two crossed long guns with attached bayonets and the inscription, "CAMP COL. WEBB", on the top; the numbers 18, 1, and 96 between the guns; and the inscription, "VT. BURLINGTON AUG. 17-22" at the bottom.Context
