Description

a= License plate commemorating the Lake Champlain Quadricentennial celebration. In center in black, green and blue letters is "VERMONT/CELEBRATES/CHAMPLAIN". On left, in red numbers, is "400" (placed vertically) with the logo of the Lake Champlain Quadricentennial to the right with "1609-2009" below. Green border at top and blue border at bottom with "CelebrateChamplain.org" There are two holes on top and two on bottom for attaching the plate. Taped to back is a printout of the Vermont statute which gives authority for this license plate. b= Brown paper envelope to be used as a mailer for license plate and registration. In upper left corner is address of Vermont Agency of Transportation along with instructions for removal of plate from envelope, instructions as to inspection stickers, phone number and web site for Department of Motor Vehicles, and in upper right corner, stamped first class postage permit.
