One side has a wedge (possibly representing a fez hat) with circle on the inside bearing the inscription, "H T W S S T K S". Flanking the shape are a chisel and a hammer. The other side has the inscription "ONE PENNY" in the center, "POULTNEY CHAPTER NO. 10 R. A. M. / POULTNEY, VT." around the outer edge, and "CHARTERED AUGUST 10TH 1854" inside of the first.Use
