Description

Silver pocket watch engraved with a band of chevrons and scallops diagonally across the center. There is an undecorated rectangle in the center of the band. The cover opens to reveal a white clock face with Roman numerals around the edge. A second, smaller face is at the bottom with Arabic numerals by tens (counting seconds). The inside cover is marked, "47". The interior is marked, "HLJ 2 UR. 18247/2399", on the inside back. The back of the face is marked, "T.F. COOPER / Hands 19 18247 / PATENT LEVER 15 JEWEL".
