Description

Pink cloth for wiping glasses with edges cut with pinking shears to prevent unraveling. In the center of the cloth, printed in black, is the following: Dr. James Ouellette, 22 West St., Barre, Vt. Tel. 476-4559 or 476-8376." At the bottom, "Fog-repellent cloth. A superfine product."

Context

James E. Ouellette, (1936-2021) was born in Van Buren, Maine, went to Husson College in Bangor, Maine, then New England College of Optometry -- interrupted by service in the U.S. Army. After completing optometry school, he and his wife moved to Barre where he set up his practice. He retired to Florida.
