Description

Black wool suit consisting of a vest, pants, and coat. the coat is double breasted and secures with two buttons. There is a seam around the wearer's natural waist, but the hem extends to the wearer's mid-thigh. The lapels are notched, and each has three buttonholes up the edge. The sleeves are slightly curved. The vest is made with twill-woven black and grey wool on the front, and has black satin-woven silk on the back. The interior is lined with pin-striped white cotton. There are four front pockets, two on either side. The vest has notched lapels and secures up the center front with 6 black buttons. The pants are made from twill-woven black and grey wool. The upper interior is faced with pin-striped white cotton. There are pockets set into the side seams and pockets at the rear. There is a shirt strap at the center back for adjusting fit, and 6 buttons around the waistline for attaching suspenders.
