Small decorative spoon. The bowl is engraved with the image of a neoclassical building with a domed cupola and a six-columned portico. The image is labeled, "STATE HOUSE MONTPELIER". The handle is ornately molded, and the end is enameled with the painted image of a clover flower and leaves.
