Small crazy quilt pieced of various silks in satin, plain, brocade, and velvet weaves. The seams between each piece are decorated with embroidery, mostly feather stitch. The entire perimeter of the quilt is decorated with satin ribbon loops, 1-5/8" long, in several different colors. The quilt is backed with a yellow striped silk and tied with blue yarn. There is no batting.
One of the pieces is the same fabric that is used as the backing of 1982.24.56.Context
