Description

Straight bladed sword with metal scabbard. The sword is elaborately decorated. It has an ivory grip etched with the initials "BBP" within a holly wreath on one side and a cross inserted through a triangle on the other side. The pommel is in the shape of a medieval knight's helmet and connected to the rain guard with a chain. The guard is decorated with crosses, with the central cross inserted through a crown. The blade is marked, "The M. C. Lilley / Columbus".
