Made for the campaign of Republican Richard Thomas (1937-1991) for Vermont Secretary of State. He served four terms from 1968-1977, and then lost to Democrat James Guest when he ran for re-election in 1976. He also ran unsuccessfully for Congress in 1971, losing in a Republican primary.
