The center is printed with a fully-colored illustration of a brick building with two round towers flanking a central portion with a large, round entryway. The image is labeled, "Spaulding Graded School, Barre, Vt." The back of the saucer is marked, "Made in Germany for C. N. Kenyon & Co., Bargain Store, Barre, Vt."
