Sheer white embroidered net cap constructed in three parts: the caul, the brim, and the neck ruffle. Each pieces is embroidered with alternating bands of ovals and leafy vines. The edge is trimmed with machine-made lace. There is a light-blue satin bow at the center back neckline.
