Description

Bar pin with green ribbon and medal. The rectangular bar pen has the word "VERMONT" on the front with a long swivel pin on the back. The ribbon is stamped with the inscription "MCKINLEY 1897 INAUGURAL" in gold. The medal is in the shape of a shield and molded with the Vermont state seal.
