Six small gold-colored buttons with eagle symbol on them, plus one larger button with the same symbol. Three have loops on the back and four have two prongs.

Context

Owned/used by William Vroman Mason (1906-1989) in Vermont as part of the Civil Air Patrol, which operated under the Army Air Corps during WWII.
