Small dress bodice, cut from skirt. The bodice has short sleeves and a wide, rounded neckline. The show fabric on both the front and back are gathered to the center at the waistline. The sleeves are collar are trimmed with blue-and-white striped silk ribbon, and there is a ribbon bow at the center front neckline. The show fabric has a yellow ground with small red and blue paisley shapes sprigged throughout in a small repeating patter. The interior is lined with white cotton. The waistline edge is raw. The bodice opens at the center back.Context
