White porcelain saucer with gilded edge. The top center portion of the rim is printed with a spray of purple violets. Just below center is printed in gold, "SOUVENIR OF HIGHGATE SPRINGS, VT." The bottom of the saucer is marked with an image of a double-headed eagle surrounded by the words, "National China Co., Western Gem.
