Description

Two-piece dress consisting a bodice and skirt of shot grey silk taffetta. The bodice is buttoned down the center front with self covered buttons. The bottom corner of the center opening is turned out and tacked in place, showing the burgundy facing material. There is a small applied pocket at the proper right hip. The 3/4-length sleeves are trimmed with pleats. A small applied faux scarf or collar is tacked around the neckline and down the front. The back of the bodice is decorated with two burgundy-faced tails. The skirt is cut to accommodate a bustle. The seams are piped with burgundy silk, and the bottom is trimmed with box pleats of self fabric faced with burgundy.
