Milk glass vase with semi-enclosed top. The vase is painted light yellow with a large orange tulip on the side. Above the tulip is the handwritten inscription, "Souvenir South Hero". The body of the vase is shaped like a tumbler and the top is molded into a rounded lid with a circular hole in the center.
