Description

Wire framed fascinator hat with a netting base. The top is trimmed with a central line of white grosgrain ribbon, pleated to created a jagged triangular texture flanked by ruched yellow silk taffeta. There is a cluster of silk flowers at the center back, and the edge is decorated with beaded fringe.
