Embroidered counterpane. The design is embroidered with wool threads on a wool, twill-woven blanket. The blue stripes are woven, and there are flowers embroidered along the stripes. The design consists of two willow trees and four floral bouquets in the central pane, and floral vines in the right and bottom edge sections. The embroidery is done in shades of green, yellow, blue, and pink. There is fringe on three sides.Context
