Wool poncho. The outer fabric is grey wool (woven), and the entire poncho is lined with red-and-black buffalo plaid wool. The poncho is constructed as a rectangle, with the front and back connected only at the shoulders. The shoulders are slightly shaped. The edges are bound with narrow, black wool tape. As originally constructed, the outer and inner layers are only connected at the edges, but later patches and repairs go through all layers, causing some of the fabric to have become misaligned.Context
