White ceramic saucer with gilded scrollwork decoration around the rim. The saucer is printed with a full color image of pink roses and buds on heavily thorned stems. Beneath the flowers is the iscription, "SOUVENIR OF TUNBRIDGE, VT." in gold. The bottom of the saucer is marked with an image of a double-headed eagle surrounded by the words, "National China Co., Western Gem.
