Description

Metal plaque on a wooden board. The plaque is printed with an image of a shield over two laurel branches. Within the shield is a map of the United States of America encircled by the words, "OFFICIALLY RECOGNIZED AFFILIATE ORGANIZATION". The words "THE UNITED STATES JAYCEES" are within the shield beneath the map. On the plaque beneath the image is the inscription, "A TESTIMONIAL OF A GRATEFUL ORGANIZATION Presented to JIM MILNE IN HONOR AND WITH DEEP APPRECIATION OF THE DISTINGUISHED AND UNSELFISH SERVICE GIVEN TO THE UNITED STATES JAYCESS WHILE SERVING WITH OUTSTANDING LEADERSHIP, VISION AND ABILITY." On another, smaller plaque at the center bottom is the inscription, "GREATER BARRE JAYCEES MAIN MAN AWARD".
