Description

Navy blue uniform jacket. The jacket secures up the center front with 4 buttons spanning from the wearer's waist to the collar. There is an insignia patch on the left arm showing a white eagle and two red chevrons. There is a small, shield-shaped insignia patch near the cuff of the left sleeve. There is a flap pocket at either breast. The skirt reaches to below the wearer's knees.
