White ceramic plate with light green glaze around the edge and six purple decorations on the rim. The center is printed with a full-color illustration of a clapboard building with eight windows on the side and a built out entryway with a cupola. The image is labeled, "SCHOOL BUILDING, WEST BURKE, VT." The reverse is marked, "WHEELOCK MADE IN GERMANY FOR A. W. BROCKWAY, WEST BURKE, VT. WEIMAR."
