Blue ribbon hanging from a gold-toned pin-backed metal rectangle. The ribbon is printed in gold with the inscription, "AMERICAN LEGION AND AUXILIARY 1931 CONVENTION DEPT. OF VERMONT BARRE, VT. GRANITE CENTER OF THE WORLD". There is a square tile of grey-and-black granite glued to the ribbon.
