Description

Hand thrown stoneware crock with blue decoration of bird wings and the stamped mark, "R. & R. FENTON./EAST DORSET." The body of the crock flares outward at the center, then slightly back inward toward the top. There is a U-shaped handle on either side, and an incised line that goes around the top about three inches below the lip.
