Stoneware crock decorated with a hand painted design of a bell flower. There are U-shaped handles applied to either side of the piece, and an incised lines runs around the piece at their attachment points. Above the line is the stamped inscription, "LEWIS & CADY / FAIRFAX. V.T / 4".
