Description

Membership ribbon consisting of a bar, a ribbon, and a medallion. The bar is in the shape of a curved sword with a round icon in the center that shows a scene of three people and a camel with pyramids in the background and the inscription "SARATOGA SPRINGS N.Y. 1903" The red satin-wove ribbon is looped around a wire at the back of the bar and has an eye ring looped through the bottom. The circular medallion hangs from the eye ring and has triangles radiating out all the way around. In the center is an image of a head wearing a pharaoh's crown above a five-pointed star. The inscription, "MT. SINAI TEMPLE / MONTPELIER VERMONT" flanks the head.
