Description

Stoneware water cooler painted in slip with a design of 6 chickens. The top is impressed with the mark, "Fenton & Hancock / St. Johnsbury, VT / 5". There is a molded bunghole sealed with a cork at the center front bottom. The glaze has significantly chipped off, removing much of the slip decoration.
