Blue satin-woven silk ribbon printed in gold with the inscription, "32ND ANNUAL ENCAMPMENT G.A.R. ONLY A FEW OF US LEFT. DEP'T OF VERMONT PUT US OFF AT MONTREAL, CAN. JUNE 21-22, '99". At the center is an image of two Civil War soldiers shaking hands; one is missing a leg and the other is missing an arm.
