A 3-inch bronze-colored paperweight with the wording "Royalton College School of International Affairs" encircling a shield with a torch and a globe and the Latin phrase "Humanitatis Studia Pro Humanis" which means "Humanities for Humans." The other side has a cork-like layer.Context
Royal College Inc. was founded in 1965 by Anthony Doria, an Italian immigrant who moved to South Royalton after running a travel business in Philadelphia. According to an obituary published in "The Herald,"(https://www.ourherald.com/articles/law-school-founder-doria-is-dead/) " Royalton College, which took advantage of stipends from USAID and foreign governments for students to study in the United States. Royalton College had a maximum of 30 students, according to the Valley News report, and it lasted for 16 years, until he founded Vermont Law School and became its first dean. Royalton College received approval from the Vermont Board of Education to grant degrees in 1967, but two years later the board suspended its permission for the school to grant degrees over concerns about shaky finances and failure to meet some conditions set in 1967. A judge, however, reversed the suspension, saying the board hadn't followed proper procedure to make its decision.Acquisition
