Description

Brown-painted powder horn. The wide end is plugged with a round block of wood, and the narrow end is plugged with a removable wooden stopper. It is accompanied by a leather cord, which is no longer attached to the horn. It is filled with small, round lead shots.

Context

Found in Franklin, Vermont, by Lucian Wilson after the Fenians passed through.
