Small, square demitasse cup. One side is printed with a colored image of a neoclassical building with a domed cupola and a six-columned portico. The building is colored brown with a black dome and the surrounding trees are colored green. The image is labeled, "State House, Montpelier, Vt." The rest of the cup's exterior is glazed blue. The bottom of the cup is marked, "WHEELOCK DRESDEN. GERMANY."
