White cotton cap. The crown is decorated and reinforced with quilted cording, around which the fabric is ruched. The brim is quilted perpendicular to the crown. The brim is edged with a ruffle of self fabric. There is a long neck ruffle, and 2 short ties at the center front to tie around the wearer's neck.
