The glazed side is framed with raised gilded dots, and there is a white circle in the center front printed with full-color illustration of a factory building. The image is labeled, "PEERLESS MFG. CO, BARTON VERMONT". The bottom is marked, "Made in Germany for C. P. Jenness Barton, Vt."
