Description

Black silk or rayon crepe dress with dropped waist and smocking at the hips. There is a horizontal stripe at the waist of black satin, and the skirt attaches to the bodice below the hips in a handkerchief style scalloped line. The hem is lower in the back than in the front. The neckline has a self-fabric faux tie trimmed in lace that thread through two slits in the bodice.
