Description

White cotton corset cover. The corset cover has a curved neckline and no sleeves. It opens up the center front. The neckline and armscyes are edged with crocheted lace. The waistband is covered with decorative lace in a floral pattern, and there is an inset lace band running horizontally across the front just above the bustline, separating out an upper yoke. The front neckline is gathered on either side of the center front opening, with the fullness aligning with the lace. The front pieces are cut full and gathered into the waistband. There are six tucks running vertically along the center back, and the the fabric is slightly gathered into the waistband at the back.
