Description

Leather fire helmet. The crown of the helmet is not reinforced, so is soft. It is painted with red paisley shapes representing flames. The helmet has a stiff, wide brim that is wider in the back than the front. The back is painted in gold with the word, "LUDLOW.", surrounded by red painted decorations.
